Funeral Music

Making arrangements for a funeral is a difficult prospect for any family.

Jenny’s approach to helping you choose appropriate music for your loved one’s funeral is gentle and professional, and she puts an emphasis on sensitivity and discretion.

From personal experience she understands how helpful it can be for things to run as simply and smoothly as possible, and will make herself available to liase both with the family, and/or with your Funeral Director, whichever is most appropriate, to provide music that is both touching and fitting for the occasion. Catholic, Church of Ireland, and also non-religious ceremonies such as Humanist, are all catered for.

Below you will find some suggestions for music that is often heard at funerals. Because music can evoke strong feelings and emotions Jenny takes great care in delivering the music in a respectful yet non obtrusive way. She believes strongly that funeral music should compliment a memorial service, it should be dignified and not overpowering.
